Cancellation Policy
A refundable booking can be canceled free of charge by the guest, in accordance with the cancellation conditions set by Turist Srl, unless the guest has selected the non-refundable booking option. The booking is considered guaranteed when the guest's payment has been received by Turist Srl in its account. In the event of cancellation, the room will no longer be reserved for the guest and they will receive a refund of the amount already paid. However, it is important to note that the refund request expires if the guest does not cancel the booking by the date agreed upon with Turist Srl, as indicated in the rate conditions.

After the agreed cancellation terms have expired, if the guest cancels the booking, there is no obligation for a refund.

In case the booking is made through a third-party provider rather than the Turist Srl website, the guest’s cancellation will be subject solely to the conditions previously agreed upon between the guest and the provider. Any refunds agreed upon following a cancellation will be managed and processed directly by the third-party provider, not by Turist Srl.

A non-refundable booking cannot be refunded, even if the booking is canceled or modified. The full amount of the stay must be paid in advance by credit card at the time of booking.

Prices and Payment Conditions
The prices indicated by Turist Srl at the time of contract conclusion are the ones that will be applied. These prices include all taxes, fees, and charges required by law, and are considered gross total prices.

Prices are expressed in euros per room, per night, and relate only to the services mentioned in the booking. The prices indicated are subject to change without notice, and only the price indicated in the booking confirmation is contractual.

The payment of the full amount for the booked accommodation service must be made in advance by the guest. If the guest is not the person making the booking, these conditions will also apply to the person making the booking.

Valid payment methods are: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and PayPal. Cash payments are excluded.

Check-in & Check-out
The guest can use the booked unit from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure (except for Welcome Love & Welcome Birthday rates). Early access on the day of arrival or an extension of the stay beyond 10:00 AM on the day of departure is not available.

If the guest does not leave the unit by 10:00-10:30 AM, Turist Srl reserves the right to charge 50% of the entire daily rate in effect or 100% after 12:00 PM.

Upon request and depending on availability, a late check-out can be arranged with Turist Srl or booked directly through the Turist Srl website/guest portal. If departure occurs after 12:00 PM, the full daily rate for the unit will be charged.

An early arrival can be arranged with Turist Srl. If Turist Srl accepts an early check-in, it is authorized to charge 10.00 EUR per hour or part thereof for the additional use of superior units and 15.00 EUR per hour or part thereof for the additional use of deluxe units with a bathtub.

Resale
Reselling, renting, and/or relocating booked units is strictly prohibited. The use of units for purposes other than accommodation, especially for commercial purposes by the guest, is expressly forbidden. In case of violation of this provision, Turist Srl reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract. Any costs incurred by Turist Srl due to the guest's commercial activities must be fully covered by the guest.

Responsibility of Turist Srl
In the event of service disruptions or deficiencies in the services provided by Turist Srl, the company commits to resolving the situation, upon prompt notification or complaint by the guest. It is the guest's responsibility to contribute reasonably to resolving the problem and minimizing any damage. Additionally, the guest must promptly inform Turist Srl if exceptionally high damage is foreseeable.

For any dispute related to this contract, the court of Foggia shall have jurisdiction.

Guests must immediately report any issues or malfunctions in their rooms or Turist Srl common areas. Turist Srl will do its utmost to promptly resolve all reported issues, ensuring the safety and comfort of guests. Guests should understand that maintenance staff may require access to rooms for repairs or preventive maintenance. Efforts will be made to respect guests' privacy, and interventions will be scheduled to cause the least inconvenience possible.

Turist Srl implements security measures, including video surveillance in common areas, to prevent criminal acts and protect guests' safety. Guests are encouraged to report suspicious behavior or unauthorized persons to Turist Srl staff.

Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safes to store valuables, important documents, and money. Turist Srl assumes no responsibility for any lost or stolen items in the absence of timely reports and adequate precautions by guests.

Lost items will be returned only upon request and will be kept for a period of six months. After this period, they will be donated to local charities.

Customer Data and Online Check-in
To ensure effective communication with the guest, Turist Srl requires the guest's email address and phone number. To verify the guest's identity and comply with legal obligations, Turist Srl reserves the right to digitally request a valid ID. This procedure applies to each guest within a booking, even if two or more guests are staying in the same room.

If a guest's identity cannot be unequivocally verified due to missing documents, falsified documents, or intentional tampering during digital check-in, Turist Srl reserves the right to cancel the booking and deny the guest access to the facility.

Access to accommodations is allowed only to registered guests indicated in the booking. Any visitors or unregistered guests are not permitted in the accommodations. If additional guests are included in the booking or visitors are present, an additional charge based on the daily rate for each extra guest will be applied. Turist Srl reserves the right to evict the guest if they do not inform about visitors and do not pay the required supplement.

According to Law 78-17, which protects personal data, customers are informed that the data entered at the time of booking will be processed and computerized in a database. Customers have the right to access and correct the data entered at the company's headquarters. This information is not forwarded to third parties.

Contract Termination
Turist Srl has the right to terminate the accommodation contract for just cause:

Force majeure or other causes not attributable to Turist Srl
False information or the voluntary omission of essential facts by the guest
Illegal activities
Resale/Subletting
Violation of the General Terms and Conditions of the contract
If the cancellation by Turist Srl is caused by a circumstance for which the guest is responsible or for a reason deemed significant according to the current General Conditions, Turist Srl also reserves the right to cancel or refuse future bookings from the guest. In the event of ordinary or extraordinary justified withdrawal by Turist Srl, the guest is not entitled to claim any compensation from Turist Srl.

Maintenance, Damages, and Theft
Turist Srl implements security measures, including video surveillance in common areas, to prevent illegal acts and protect guests' safety. Offenders will be subject to legal action.

The guest is required to treat the accommodation and common areas with care, avoiding any form of gross dirt (beyond normal use), damage, or theft. Guests caught committing acts of theft or violence will be immediately expelled from the facility without any refund and will be responsible for paying for the damages caused and additional legal expenses.

Management assumes no responsibility for service disruptions due to supply failures, accidental equipment breakdowns, or other force majeure causes. No responsibility is accepted for damages caused by other guests, weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases, and theft.

Coupons
A voucher purchased from Turist Srl can only be used for services offered by Turist Srl. If, after payment with the voucher, a residual credit remains, it can be used for further bookings (within the expiration terms). Vouchers are not refundable, cannot be resold or transferred, and are not redeemable for cash.

The person who orders the voucher is responsible for providing correct information, particularly the email address to which the voucher and invoice should be sent.

No Pets Allowed
Turist Srl does not allow pets in any of its hotel facilities unless otherwise specified for special bookings or needs (guide dogs for the blind, deaf).

If a guest brings an unauthorized animal, they are required to pay a difference of 100 EUR.

No Smoking Policy
The units are intended for non-smoking guests only. Therefore, smoking in common areas and guest units is strictly prohibited.

Violation of the general no-smoking policy will be considered a breach of contract and will result in a contractual penalty of 150.00 EUR by Turist Srl. Turist Srl expressly reserves the right to claim any additional damages, including those resulting from increased cleaning costs and potential loss of revenue due to the inability to rent the unit.

The building is equipped with smoke detectors connected to a fire alarm system linked directly to the fire department. The guest is fully responsible for the intentional or negligent activation of the fire alarm system, such as violating the no-smoking policy, at least for the actual amount of costs incurred (such as the cost of the fire department intervention).

Native Language
The authentic language is Italian. If the Terms are translated into a foreign language, the Italian language will prevail over any other translation in case of dispute, litigation, interpretation difficulty, or in the fulfillment of these conditions and, more generally, regarding relations between the parties.
